He has built two food businesses ground up and led market creation for tech, food, finance, and consumer products in emerging and global markets. Mr. Chepur is the founder of Samprad, a CXO advisory firm in the US for digital transformation and growth strategy. He has also founded TrainedArrow.com and created L&D programs via TrainedArrow with a profound concept and transformational approach to preparing the workforce for professional success and spiritual well-being. He has coached and mentored over 1200 graduates (pro-bono) and advised 7 start-ups globally. He has also been the Panel Judge for Be-Your-Own-Boss Entrepreneurial Competitions of Fox School of Business for over a decade. Mr. Chepur has served as a Board Member and now as the Chair of Memberships of the International Executives Resources Group (IERG), a non-profit organization of global ‘CXO’ leaders. He also serves on advisory boards of startups. He has been a guest speaker at business schools, and corporate executive forums on strategic growth, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and workforce development.
