How long is the LearnAhead™ / ChangeAhead™course access given?

Sixty-One days. The idea is for those committed ones should have the drive the course well within 61 days.

LearnAhead™ is the only online with such a short duration (FIVE HOURS) with animated videos which are made for fun-and-easy learning, with self-test QUIZZES and LEARNING ADVICE for learning further. It is a proven course to prepare you to become more employable and stay marketable and develop your successful career.

What if I forgot my login?

No problem, click on “Lost Password” on the Thinkific Login page. This will send you a temporary password to log in, and you can update your own password after you’ve logged in.

How do I update credit card details?

Once logged in, go to My Account and you can select UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD which is at the base of the screen.

Are my credit card and personal details safe?

Your credit card details are submitted into Stripe, one of the world’s most secure payment portals. We, TrainedArrow.com or SAMPRAD, LLC. DO NOT retain any of your credit card details, and simply uses Stripe to process your payments. We have designed it this way to protect our users and improve efficiency at our end.

What do I do if there is an error when viewing the course?

If you see a bug or error, please refresh the page. This should mostly fix the problem. Thinkific Platform, however, typically does regular upgrades to their platform to ensure it is working at an optimal rate, which may cause a disturbance, briefly. Can I get a refund for the payment(s) made for the Courses from TrainedArrow™ site?
No. We have a 'No REFUND' policy. So once purchased, the course fee will not be refunded either in part or in full.

How do I get my COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE? You can easily get in TWO ways:

There is a section called "Achievement & Progress" within the course player that you can navigate to at any time to check your levels of progress. There are also periodic displays of completion percentage as you proceed through a course.

• Upon completion of the course, you can click on "Achievement & Progress" within the course player, and get your Course Completion Certificate - either as a pdf or email.
• Upon completion of the course, you will also get an email with a link to download your certificate. The link to the certificate is generated as an automated Email.

Can I SAVE or PRINT my Certificate?

Yes. You can. Upon completion of the course, you can click on "Achievement & Progress" within the course player, and get your Course Completion Certificate – then print it, in addition to emailing it to yourself.
