Venugopal Chepur

Venugopal Chepur is a global executive, board member, advisor, consultant, coach, and entrepreneur who specializes in driving business development and growth through business, digital and people transformation. Mr. Chepur is passionate about preparing organizations for the future. The philosophy is embedded in customer centricity with transformational capabilities enabled by emerging technologies across the value chain, and people development. He offers unique value with his deep insights for business building and a spiritual outlook to life! Throughout his career, Mr. Chepur has worked for world-class organizations, including the Big 4, Fortune 500, the United Nations, The World Bank, global banks, insurance firms, MNCs, and private equity firms, in both leadership and consulting roles. He has built two food businesses ground up and led market creation for tech, food, finance, and consumer products in emerging and global markets. His extensive experience provides a glimpse into the depth and breadth of his learning, versatility, and achievements in multiple industries and cultures. Mr. Chepur is the founder of Samprad, a CXO advisory firm in the US for digital transformation and growth strategy. He has also founded TrainedArrow.com and created L&D programs via TrainedArrow with a profound concept and transformational approach to preparing the workforce for professional success and spiritual well-being. He has coached and mentored over 1200 graduates (pro-bono) and advised 7 start-ups globally. He has also been the Panel Judge for Be-Your-Own-Boss Entrepreneurial Competitions of Fox School of Business for over a decade. Mr. Chepur has served as a Board Member and now as the Chair of Memberships of the International Executives Resources Group (IERG), a non-profit organization of global ‘CXO’ leaders. He also serves on advisory boards of startups. He has been a guest speaker at business schools, and corporate executive forums on strategic growth, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and workforce development. He also publishes on business strategy and people transformation and has a blog “Business & Bliss!”. A foremost believer in continuous learning, Mr. Chepur has completed leadership courses from Cornell and IBM Institute for Business Value, and he has diverse education with an MBA in Marketing & Finance and an MS in Biology & Economics. He is a certified professional in IBM and Microsoft technologies, and a Certified Multi-Cloud Practitioner. He believes in giving, and leadership with humility and resolve!
